The built-in camera of ASUS S550CM series cannot be used:

ASUS S550X3317CM-SL(4GB/500GB)

　1. Please check whether the hardware is normal in the device manager.

2. Please reinstall the camera driver.

3. If the problem is not solved, please upgrade the BIOS.
