Solution to the disappearance of the Toshiba notebook wired network card:

　1. Boot into the BIOS and check Is the onboard network card disabled? Usually in the "Advanced"-"Built-in Lan" of the BIOS, change its status to "Enabled".

2. Please enter "Safe Mode", delete all devices under "Network Adapter", and uninstall the driver of the network card in "Add/Remove Programs". Then enter normal mode and reinstall the driver.

3. Ask the user to restore the system.

4. Please send the notebook to the repair station for corresponding testing.
