How to delete NORTON under Toshiba Vista:

Click on the lower right corner of the screen NORTON icon, select to open Norton Protection Center

Select the Norton Internet Security tab in the pop-up window, and then click Settings

Next, close all items opened under Settings

Take Auto-Protect as an example, click Auto-Protect and select Off

Select the duration in the pop-up window and press OK

You can see that Auto-Protect has been turned off

Finally close this window and you can delete NORTON in Control Panel Programs and Features
