Steps to create a shortcut to broadband connection on Toshiba laptop:

　1. Enter the network and Share Center and click Manage Network Connections

2. Enter Network Connections, select the created "Broadband Connection" and right-click, select "Create Shortcut", and click "Yes" in the pop-up dialog box button

3. Double-click the desktop shortcut and click 'Connect' to connect to the network
