Toshiba's method to restore the desktop IE icon in VISTA in traditional start menu mode.
Right-click anywhere except the desktop to create a new folder
Rename the folder to Internet Explorer.{871c5380-42a0-1069-a2ea-08002b30309d}
Copy the renamed folder to the desktop
