How to automatically receive faxes in ASUS X54HR series:

a. Click Fax at the bottom.

b. Click Tools and then select Fax Settings. If prompted for an administrator password or permissions, please enter the password or grant permissions.

c. Click the General tab, and then in the Send/Receive options, select Allow the device to receive fax calls.

d. Then select Auto answer after X rings and then select the corresponding number of rings so that the modem will automatically try to receive a fax when a call comes in.
